Today we have tried to fly from Lijak in Nova Gorica. Just 30 km south of Tolmin but much more reliable place for this kind of conditions. Pilots where happy to finally stand on take off and we even got some sunshine over our heads. There where some periods where it looked like that we will get a proper flying for a task but in the end it turned out that it was just not enough for our friends thermals to start triggering. 

Pilots had a jump down from the hill and now we are already back at the camp for another lecture from Marko Novak. A pilot with lots of experiences, with lots of km behind him, so we are looking forward to an interesting evening again.
